WSOP Starts May 28
The 2010 World Series of Poker will begin a seven week run in Las Vegas on May 28. The WSOP was created in 1970 by Benny Binion. The Casino Employees No-Limit Hold’em will be the first of 57 World Series of Poker Gold Bracelet events that will run at the Rio All Suites Hotel and Casino. Both the Rio and the World Series of Poker brand are owned by Harrah’s Entertainment, the largest casino owner and operator in the world. The WSOP will end with the world famous WSOP Main Event, where millions of dollars are awarded to many players.
