WPT Borgata Satellites Running Now
PartyPoker is now offering its players the chance to win a seat in this year’s World Poker Tour Borgata Poker Open in Atlantic City.
Daily freerolls, qualifiers and weekly satellites are running on PartyPoker from Aug. 2- Sept. 5 with numerous $7,500 packages on the line, including $2,250 spending money, seven nights’ accommodation at Borgata and a $3,500 seat in the WPT Borgata Poker Open main event, set for Sep. 18- 23, 2010.
Last year, online legend Olivier Busquet booked the win at Borgata, besting a record-breaking field of 1,018 to earn $981,953 from the guaranteed $2 million prize pool.
With a month of online satellites off and running, an affordable buy-in and the popularity of poker on the East Coast continuing to rise, insiders believe this year’s field could be even larger.
